Returns & Refunds

This store is operated by Steadfast Schoolwear in partnership with Victory Baptist Academy of Osprey, FL.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our merchandise is made to order specifically for each customer, we have a few guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Steadfast Schoolwear within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

In most cases, you will not need to return the defective or damaged item.

Incorrect Size or Color

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color is selected at checkout.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you accidentally order the wrong size or color, please contact us anyway. While we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund, we’ll do our best to help.

Changes of Mind

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that are no longer wanted, no longer needed, or purchased by mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
